A couple, four hands
Le Nuvole was born in 2013 from the idea of Paolo and Elisabetta, husband and wife: to bring to Ferrara fish cooked with restraint and curiosity. Paolo in the kitchen, Elisabetta in the dining room, a single way of doing things.
We buy the day's catch, change the menu with the season and keep our dishes clean and unmistakable. We're not after effect but the right flavour, genuine hospitality, the unhurried time of a dinner done properly. It's the trattoria we'd want to find, and the one we try to be every evening.
